Every year, someone in the office gets handed the job of organising the staff party. And every year, the same question comes up: how do you plan something the whole team will actually enjoy?
Set amongst 74 acres of beautiful bushland in Noosaville, Noosa Hills Par 3 offers a relaxed setting for staff celebrations, complete with beginner-friendly golf, a licensed bar and plenty of opportunities for some friendly competition. Whether you're planning an end-of-year Christmas party or a team-building day, here's why a round at Noosa Hills is well worth considering.
Why Noosa Hills is a Great Staff Party Venue
Golf For All Abilities
Your staff don’t need to be a team of experienced golfers to enjoy a day at Noosa Hills. With shorter Par 3 holes and the option to play Big Hole Golf, beginners can get involved alongside more confident players.
Simple Group Packages
Choose the round that works for your team, with packages starting from $40 per person. With a host to welcome everyone and a sausage sizzle after the game, there's hardly anything left for you to organise.
Relaxed Outdoor Setting
Just 12 minutes from Hastings Street, Noosa Hills offers a peaceful escape from the office. Spend the afternoon enjoying the fresh air and bushland surroundings before heading to the clubhouse for a well-earned drink.
Christmas Parties in Noosa With a Difference
When the end of the year rolls around, it's time to celebrate the team's hard work. And while there's nothing wrong with the traditional Christmas lunch, sometimes it's nice to do something a little different.
At Noosa Hills Par 3, your Christmas party can be as laid-back or competitive as you like.
Start with a social round of golf and finish with a sausage sizzle and drinks at the licensed bar. For those wanting to bring a little extra Christmas spirit to the course, here are a few ideas:
Mix up the teams: Pair colleagues from different departments for a chance to catch up outside the office.
Add some competition: Introduce a nearest-the-pin challenge or a prize for the most unexpected shot.
Dress for the occasion: Think festive shirts, Christmas hats or a coordinated team outfit.
Celebrate afterwards: Gather for a post-game drink in the clubhouse and hand out a few novelty awards or Christmas presents.
With end-of-year celebrations filling up the calendar, we recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred date.
Choosing the Right Round for Your Team
Whether your group includes first-time golfers, enthusiastic amateurs or seasoned regulars, there's a round to suit.
9 Holes of Big Hole Golf - $40 per person
A great choice for mixed-ability teams and those new to golf. With cups twice the size of standard holes, Big Hole Golf offers a fun, approachable introduction to the game without losing the challenge.
9 Holes of Par 3 Golf - $45 per person
Perfect for groups wanting an enjoyable round with plenty of time left for socialising afterwards. The shorter holes keep the game moving while offering a fun challenge for every ability.
18 Holes of Par 3 Golf - $50 per person
For teams keen to make a day of it, 18 holes gives everyone more time on the course and plenty of opportunities to improve their game.
