Current Opportunities

Groundsperson – Green Keeping Team

Noosa Hills Par 3 Golf Course is looking for a Groundsperson to join our Green Keeping Team and help keep our course in top condition. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a good job, and wants to learn valuable skills in turf and course maintenance.

About the role

You’ll start by assisting with a range of general course maintenance tasks, including:

  • Brush cutting and trimming

  • Changing holes

  • Mulching and general course upkeep

Once you’re part of the Noosa Hills family, the right person will be trained to use a wide range of turf and maintenance equipment to help maintain the course to a high standard.

No golf course experience is required – full training will be provided.

Clubhouse & Guest Experience Attendant

As a Clubhouse & Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be one of the friendly faces that members and guests remember. You’ll help set the tone for the day by welcoming people in, delivering great service, and taking pride in keeping the clubhouse looking and feeling its best.

About the role

  • Creating a warm, relaxed experience for members and guests

  • Providing expert advice on our retail product range

  • Operating our Point of Sale and booking systems

  • Serving food and beverages in the clubhouse and bar

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

  • Supporting Mini Golf guests, events, and competitions

  • Assisting with our stock management

  • Being part of a team that genuinely cares about the club

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in their work

  • A positive, reliable team player

  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role

  • RSA (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Hospitality and/or retail experience is highly desirable

  • Willingness to be flexible across a 7 day roster
